For shipping, we use reliable courier partners such as Fedex and DTDC to ship products that are fully insured. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the shipment details as per availability, so you can track the delivery status.
For COD orders, the courier partner usually calls prior to delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may call them back to reschedule the delivery or collect the parcel from their location. Please ensure your provided shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.
We will not be responsible for any delay caused due to unforeseen circumstances with courier partners in delivering packages to the customer, incorrect/incomplete address details, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
